Booked my SUV in at Mornington Mercedes Benz to get a engine warning light checked, picked up my car later that day and Shaun at the service desk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he went through all of the details of explaining what the problem was, how it could be fixed, booked in a date for me to bring my car back, and also arranged for a replacement car for me till such time my car gets fixed. I am thrilled and ecstatic to buy my first car. I love my Mercedes-Benz GLA 200, especially its sought-after and responsive MBUX infotainment system which made me pay for this merc on the spot. The plush electric leather seats, sunroof, voice control, augmented reality satellite navigation and AMG ambient lighting made me feel like I was driving luxury. This Mercedes is easy to park, drive and navigate around the city and inner suburbs using its driver assistance features like 360° camera, speed limiter, traffic sign assist, etc. will help to maintain my perfect driving record. I recently had my car serviced at MB Mornington. Shaun and the team were fantastic. It was a big service but the team were efficient and kept me up to date with how things were going. I sat in the lounge and worked and it was comfortable and the coffee was delicious. There were some expensive service items that my car requires in the coming months. At no stage did I feel pressured - Shaun clearly itemised what my car needs and provided a detailed quote get these items done. Overall a fabulous experience.
